team.
Specifically, as our
‘Inventory System Expert’ you will
have:
-
been a Cost Controller with
Receiving/Store keeping experience and have used any of the leading
hospitality inventory systems at an advanced
level;
-
a detailed knowledge of food and
beverage products;
-
a thorough knowledge of how to conduct
typical month end procedures for a large hospitality operation,
including stock takes and reconciliations; and,
-
2 years Gulf
experience
Salary commensurate
with ability and experience.
