1.2 Step 2: Submit Your Catalogue And Pricing
Have you sent your customer specific pricing information to Marketboomer (i.e. established a 'Price Structure' that is suitable for your customer in Marketboomer?)
If Yes, then go to Step 3
If No, you must establish a Price Structure for your Marketboomer customer. There are four ways of providing your customers with pricing information through Marketboomer:
  • Option A)
    You can login to ActiveSupplier (Marketboomer's supplier application) and establish a Price Structure by selecting the products you sell from Marketboomer's central catalogue or by viewing the products that your customers purchase through Marketboomer. This is the fastest and easiest way to update your pricing in Marketboomer.
  • Option B)
    Most Marketboomer eEnabled Purchasers will have established Product Lists for the items they wish to purchase. These lists are available for you to quote against on the customer's 'Supplier Information Web Site' (Click here to see a list of Marketboomer Purchaser's 'Supplier Information Web Sites').

    Simply enter your pricing and product codes against the products in these lists and once completed, send it to the appropriate e-mail address:

VIP: When saving this file, please include your Company name, your customers Company name and the date in the file name (e.g. BillsSupplies- MyCustomer- 270805.xls)

  • Option C)
    If you'd like to add some or all of your catalogue and pricing to the Marketboomer eMarketplace for a customer, you can do this by using Marketboomer's Catalogue Template, being careful to complete all the required information on the template. Then send it to the appropriate e-mail address (see table above):

  • Option D)
    If your catalogue is already established online or in digital format, Marketboomer may be able to accept it (provided it contains all the data specified in our Catalogue Template).

    Once your Price Structure is completed (using options A, B, C or D), please send it to the appropriate e-mail address (see table above)

Please remember, your customers need your most current product and pricing information. Out-of- date pricing and product information only causes headaches for you and your customers and may create errors or cause you to miss out on business. If you need help updating your Price Structures or catalogue, select the 'Help' menu option in ActiveSupplier or contact Marketboomer.
